How we work

Structured. Flexible. Transparent.

Six phases that keep you informed and in control from day one to year three.

  1. 01

    Discovery & Requirements

We spend the first weeks listening — to founders, operators, end users. We map your workflows, identify the real bottleneck, and deliver a requirements document and a phased roadmap you can present to your board.

  2. 02

    UI/UX Design

Low-fi wireframes to align on structure, then click-through prototypes, then hi-fi mockups. Every round is a working session, not a reveal — your team steers, we execute.

  3. 03

    Development

Two-week sprints. End-of-sprint demo you can share internally. Code reviews on every PR, automated CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code so nothing lives in one engineer's head.

  4. 04

    Quality Assurance

Unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end coverage on critical flows. Manual QA on the paths users actually take. Performance and security audits before every release.

  5. 05

    Deployment & Launch

Staging environment first. Blue-green or canary deploys to production. On-call rotation covering the first 72 hours post-launch. Rollback in one command if we need it.

  6. 06

    Ongoing Support

Flexible support plans sized to your load. We watch the dashboards, patch what needs patching, and stay available for the next feature or the next quarter — whichever comes first.

You do. All source, all deliverables, all documentation.
